Finance Manager

Job Summary

Integrabuild is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the company’s finance function and support its growth in the manufacturing and construction materials sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial planning, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, ERP systems, budgeting, and strategic financial management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the finance and accounting functions.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Implement and monitor manufacturing cost accounting and inventory controls.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing activities.
Oversee ERP financial processes and drive continuous process improvements.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, and all regulatory requirements.
Establish and strengthen internal controls and financial policies.
Support executive management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA is a plus).
Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA is preferred.
8–12+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Manufacturing industry experience is required.
Strong experience in Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning.
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
